⚠️ Critical Freight & Unloading Details:
- Curbside Drop-Off: Delivery is strictly curbside or end of driveway accessible by a 53' semi-truck. Drivers cannot move freight onto decks, into backyards, or inside garages.
- Liftgate Service Included: Because this crate is under 84" in length, standard hydraulic liftgate service is included to safely lower the crate from the truck bed to ground level.
- Specialized Delivery Options: Flatbed tilt/tow delivery is a specialized carrier service ($1,450 charge) and is not included with standard curbside freight. Please notify us prior to shipment if your location requires specialized unloading equipment.
- Delivery Rescheduling & Storage: Requests to postpone a shipment must be submitted in writing at least 8 days prior to scheduled dispatch. Delays requested within 7 days of shipping incur manufacturer holding fees of $35.00/day.
- Delivery Inspection: You must inspect the crate upon arrival. If outer damage is visible, note "DAMAGED - SUBJECT TO INSPECTION" on the driver's Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
