Free Residential Curbside Freight: All sauna orders are securely packaged on a pallet and processed within 12–24 business hours. LTL freight transit typically takes 7–20 business days. The freight logistics carrier will call you directly in advance to schedule a delivery appointment.
⚠️ Important Freight & Unloading Details:
- Curbside Drop-Off: Delivery is strictly curbside or end of driveway only. Freight drivers are not authorized to move pallets into backyards, patios, or inside homes.
- Liftgate Included: Standard liftgate service is provided free of charge to lower the pallet from the truck to ground level.
- Delivery Inspection: Please visually inspect the freight packaging upon arrival. If outer carton damage is visible, write "Packaging Damaged - Subject to Inspection" on the driver's Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
