Free Residential Curbside Freight: All flagship sauna cabins are securely crated and palletized, processing within 12–24 business hours. LTL freight transit typically takes 7–20 business days. - Curbside Drop-Off: Delivery is strictly curbside or end of driveway only. Freight drivers are not authorized to move pallets into backyards, patios, or inside homes.
- Liftgate Included: Standard liftgate service is provided free of charge to lower the pallet safely from the truck to ground level.
