Free Residential Curbside Freight: All sauna orders are securely crated and palletized, processing within 12–24 business hours. LTL freight transit typically takes 7–20 business days. The freight logistics carrier will call you directly in advance to schedule a required delivery appointment.
⚠️ Important Freight & Unloading Details:
- Curbside Drop-Off: Delivery is strictly curbside or end of driveway only. Freight drivers are not authorized to move pallets into backyards, patios, or inside homes.
- Liftgate Included: Standard liftgate service is provided free of charge to lower the pallet safely from the truck to ground level.
- Delivery Inspection: Please visually inspect the freight packaging upon arrival. If outer carton damage is visible, write "Packaging Damaged - Subject to Inspection" on the driver's Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.
